Extended Holiday Return Policy
In addition to our standard 30-day return policy, all orders placed between Nov. 10, 2017, and Dec. 19, 2017, will be eligible for an extended "return" period for store credit until Jan. 12, 2018.
- All holiday returns requests must comply with our return policy instructions.
- In order to process a return, make a request by emailing customer service before Jan. 10, 2018.
- Items must be physically received in our warehouse within 5 business days of the deadline (no later than Jan. 19th, 2018).
- Items that are received after the extended return deadline will not be accepted. Store credit can be used on a future orders.
