WORLDOFWATCHES.COM GUARANTEES YOUR SATISFACTION! will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.
Please note, any item(s) returned after 30 days from confirmed delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Purchases become final sales after 60 days from confirmed delivery date and are no longer eligible for return or refund.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, the original warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored or you will be charged a restock fee depending on the condition.

Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

To process a return, please log into your account, go to the Order History page & click "Order Details" next to the item you wish to send back. You can also contact a Customer Loyalty Specialist for assistance at 1-866-961- TIME(8463).
Please note, pre-paid labels may only be used for shipment sent from the contiguous United States. If the value of your order exceeds $400, please contact a customer loyalty specialist to assist you with your return.

Once your return to WorldofWatches is received, reviewed and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account.

Gifts With Purchase: Free or discounted items shipped as promotional gift with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in the original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy. The retail value of a gift with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Loyalty Specialist no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Loyalty Specialist immediately at 1-866-961- TIME(8463).

Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a Customer Loyalty Specialist the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
