How long is the exchange process?

Once the exchange has been inspected, the exchange process takes 2-3 business days to ship out of the facility. Please contact Customer Service at the toll-free number (866) 655-5558, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST for tracking information on your exchange.
