What do I do if my package seems to be missing?
In the event that a package is received damaged or the merchandise is missing, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at desk@worldofwatches.com or by completing the contact form at https://www.worldofwatches.com/customer-service. Our customer service team will file a claim with the appropriate carrier. Please retain all packaging for inspection and possible return to our facility. Claims can take 10-15 business days for processing.
